Search and Rescue Operation Concludes in Dnipro Following Russian Missile Strike

A search and rescue operation in Dnipro has concluded after a missile strike by Russian forces targeted a residential area overnight. The attack resulted in the deaths of 16 individuals and left 42 others injured, according to local authorities.
