Reports indicate that both Ukrainian soldiers and foreign volunteers from Latin America participated in this operation. The combined forces advanced through wooded areas on both the left and right flanks near the village of Starytsia.

On the left flank, approximately 50 personnel were involved, while an additional 15 operated on the right flank. The military engagement resulted in the destruction of over ten enemy bunkers and the elimination of twelve Russian soldiers, according to sources.
