Trump Warns of Imminent Threat to Iranian Oil Infrastructure

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a stark warning regarding Iran’s oil pipelines, claiming they could face imminent explosions within three days. In an interview with Fox News, Trump emphasized the potential dangers associated with the flow of oil through these pipelines.

Trump stated, “If for some reason this line shuts down, because you can no longer put it into containers or onto ships, then what happens is that this line explodes from within… They say Iran has about three days left before this occurs.” He elaborated that if such an explosion were to take place, Iran could lose nearly half of its oil production capacity, a loss he described as irreparable.

This warning comes on the heels of Trump’s announcement to cancel the planned trip of U.S. representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Pakistan, where they were set to engage in discussions with Iranian officials. The delegation was scheduled to depart for Islamabad on Saturday.

Trump’s comments reflect ongoing tensions surrounding Iran’s oil industry, which plays a significant role in the global energy market. The situation remains fluid as diplomatic efforts are complicated by these developments.

Donald Trump has warned that Iran's oil pipelines could explode within three days if operations cease, potentially crippling the country's oil production. This statement follows the cancellation of diplomatic talks between U.S. representatives and Iranian officials.
