Russian Attacks on Dnipro Result in Infrastructure Fire

In the early hours of April 26, Russian forces launched another attack on Dnipro, causing a fire at an infrastructure facility. This incident follows a series of assaults on the city that have resulted in multiple casualties.

According to Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the regional military administration, emergency services are currently responding to the situation. Preliminary reports indicate that there have been no casualties from this latest strike.

The recent escalation began on April 25, when Russian military forces executed a large-scale attack on Dnipro using missiles and drones. This assault resulted in the deaths of four individuals and left 21 others injured, including a child. Later that same day, a second attack led to one additional death, raising the total number of fatalities from the two strikes to five, with 46 individuals reported injured, among them five children.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that two people are still unaccounted for following the deadly attacks on April 25. The ongoing violence underscores the precarious security situation in the region as hostilities continue.

The recent Russian attacks on Dnipro have resulted in multiple casualties and significant damage to infrastructure. Emergency services are currently addressing the aftermath of the latest assault, while the city grapples with the consequences of ongoing military actions.
