Late on April 20, an explosion at the CET Vest power plant in Bucharest led to a significant fire, prompting emergency response efforts.
According to emergency services, the fire originated from two electrical transformers and subsequently spread to a third. Firefighters utilized water and foam to combat the flames, which posed a risk of spreading to nearby structures.
