Four Killed in Drone Attack in Zolotonosha District

In a tragic incident in the Zolotonosha district, four individuals lost their lives due to a drone attack. The attack occurred on open ground during an air raid alert, as confirmed by the regional governor, Ihor Taburets.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatalities, with law enforcement agencies conducting ongoing inquiries.

Governor Taburets had previously warned of an increased risk associated with strike drones. The air raid alert for Zolotonosha was issued at 12:32 PM, followed by alerts for the Cherkasy region at 12:59 PM, Zvenyhorodka at 1:20 PM, and Uman district at 1:27 PM.

In a related incident earlier this month, debris from a drone damaged a residential building and an outbuilding in the Uman area during a Russian attack. A resident of the affected home experienced acute stress reactions but declined hospitalization. The regional air defense forces successfully intercepted 18 Russian drones within the area, according to Governor Taburets.

A drone attack in the Zolotonosha district has resulted in four fatalities, prompting investigations by local authorities. The incident occurred during an air raid alert, highlighting ongoing security concerns in the region.
