Two Law Enforcement Officers Injured in Bucha Explosions

Two law enforcement officers sustained injuries from explosions involving unidentified devices near an apartment building in Bucha, Kyiv region, on the morning of March 23.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported the incidents via Telegram. He indicated that the first explosion occurred close to a residential building, causing damage to its windows. A second explosion followed shortly after, leading to the injuries of the officers.

According to Kalashnyk, the injured individuals were hospitalized and are currently in moderate condition. Emergency services, including police and bomb disposal units, are on-site to assess the situation. The area has been cordoned off as teams search for any additional explosive devices.

Kalashnyk urged residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious or unknown items immediately by calling emergency services at 101 or 102.

Explosions in Bucha resulted in injuries to two law enforcement officers, prompting a swift response from emergency services. Authorities are investigating the area for further threats and advising the public to report any suspicious items.
