The Ukrainian General Staff reported that 117 combat engagements occurred on the front lines since the beginning of the day. The most significant concentration of Russian assaults was observed in the Kostiantynivka direction, where Russian forces launched 25 attacks on Ukrainian defensive positions near Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Klevan-Bik, Pleshchiivka, Rusynyi Yar, and Sofiivka. An additional assault is currently ongoing.
In the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions, Russian forces executed 14 and 13 attacks, respectively. Ukrainian military units successfully repelled these assaults in areas including Toretske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Udaichne, Novopavlivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Zelenе, Charivne, Huliaipilske, and Myrne. Seven clashes are still in progress.
Fighting continues across various fronts, including the Northern Slobozhansky, Kursk, Southern Slobozhansky, Kupiansk, Lyman, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Oleksandrivka, Orikhiv, and Dnipro directions.
On March 11, the DeepState project reported that Russian troops had advanced near the village of Stupochky, located east of Kostiantynivka. This village lies on a route connecting Bakhmut to the southern part of Kostiantynivka. A small section of southern Kostiantynivka is now considered a ‘gray zone,’ with Ukrainian defenders regularly observing the presence of Russian soldiers attempting to establish a foothold, according to reports from Radio Liberty’s Donbas Realities project.

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) stated in a recent report that counteroffensives by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Zaporizhzhia could disrupt Russia’s plans for a spring and summer offensive.
Intense combat has been reported in eastern Ukraine, particularly in the Kostiantynivka area, where Russian forces have launched numerous attacks. Ukrainian military units are actively repelling these assaults while ongoing fighting continues across multiple fronts.
