On the morning of February 20, Russian forces launched an attack on the Slobidsky district of Kharkiv, resulting in significant damage to vehicles and residential buildings.
According to local officials, including Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the assault involved missile strikes that ignited two cars and shattered windows in several high-rise apartments.
“We have confirmed a hostile missile strike on the Slobidsky district. We are currently assessing the consequences,” stated Mayor Terekhov.
