The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has enacted sanctions against five individuals, including former head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Bohdan, and two Russian officials involved in Olympic sports.
The list of sanctioned individuals includes:

According to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), the actions of these individuals pose a threat to the national interests, security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The sanctions will be in effect for a period of ten years and include measures such as:

Andriy Bohdan is a lawyer by profession and previously served as a personal attorney for oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi. During the 2019 presidential elections, he advised Zelensky’s team on legal matters and subsequently led the Administration and the newly established Presidential Office after Zelensky’s election victory.
Bohdan remained in his position for less than a year before being dismissed by Zelensky in February 2020, with Andriy Yermak succeeding him. In 2014, Bohdan was subjected to lustration due to his work in the government of Mykola Azarov, but five years later, he found himself in a key government role.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed sanctions against five individuals, including former aide Andriy Bohdan and Russian sports officials, citing threats to national security. The sanctions, effective for ten years, impose various restrictions aimed at safeguarding Ukraine's interests.
