In the early hours of April 20, the Kyiv region experienced a drone attack, resulting in damage to residential properties and leaving one individual injured. The incident occurred in the Brovary district, where local authorities confirmed the attack on social media.
Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, reported that a man born in 1974 was hospitalized following the assault. He assured the public that all necessary medical assistance was being provided.
According to Kalashnyk, two private homes sustained damage due to the drone strikes. He emphasized the ongoing threat to civilians, stating, “The enemy continues to target Kyiv and its surroundings. Our homes and daily lives are under attack.”
Prior to the drone strikes, air raid alerts were issued twice that night across Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, initially due to the threat of ballistic missiles and subsequently because of the incoming drones.
