A shop employee named Lyudmyla, who was near the epicenter of the explosion, described the immediate aftermath, stating that emergency services arrived within minutes of the blast. She recounted, “I was just going about my business when suddenly there was a loud bang. My furniture fell over, and the ceiling collapsed. I saw an injured person lying on the roadside, and the ambulance took him away quickly. It was shocking to witness.”
