On the morning of April 13, Russian forces launched an attack on Dnipro, causing significant damage to infrastructure and resulting in at least one injury.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, confirmed the assault, stating, “The enemy attacked the Dnipro district. Infrastructure has been damaged, and a fire has broken out. Information regarding casualties is being clarified.”
Following the strike, Hanzha reported that a 63-year-old woman sustained injuries and is currently receiving medical assistance.
In a broader context, the regional administration noted that over the past day, Russian forces have conducted ten attacks on two districts in the region using artillery and drones. In the Synelnykove district, strikes targeted the Sloviansk and Vasylkiv communities, resulting in fires at private residences.
Additionally, the Nikopol district experienced assaults on Nikopol, Marhanets, Pokrovske, and Chervonohryhorivka, where multiple apartment buildings sustained damage.
Recent attacks on Dnipro by Russian forces have led to infrastructure damage and injuries, highlighting ongoing military actions in the region. Local officials report multiple strikes across surrounding districts, further escalating the conflict's impact.
