In a series of military actions overnight on April 11, Ukrainian defense forces successfully struck the “Krymsk” oil pumping station located in Russia’s Krasnodar region, as well as an oil depot in occupied Crimea. These operations were confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian military stated that both facilities play a crucial role in supplying Russian troops. The General Staff noted, “The enemy’s losses and the extent of the damage are being clarified. Ukrainian defense forces continue to take measures to reduce the offensive capabilities of Russian occupiers and to halt the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.”
According to sources within Ukrainian intelligence, the attack on the “Krymsk” oil pumping station was executed using drones operated by the Security Service of Ukraine’s special operations unit “Alpha” in collaboration with the Armed Forces’ drone systems. The strike resulted in a fire at the facility, with additional damage reported to surrounding infrastructure.
The “Krymsk” station is part of the “Tikhoretsk—Novorossiysk-2” pipeline system and is owned by the Russian company “Transneft.” It is responsible for the transfer and storage of fuel, including supplies intended for military use, such as for the tactical aviation base in “Krymsk” and the Black Sea Fleet base in Novorossiysk.
On the night of April 10, Ukrainian forces also targeted two Russian drilling platforms in the Caspian Sea, striking critical oil and gas infrastructure that supports fuel supplies for the Russian military.
Ukrainian defense forces have intensified their military operations against Russian oil infrastructure, targeting key facilities that support military logistics. These actions reflect ongoing efforts to disrupt Russian supply lines amid the ongoing conflict.
