Russian Drone Strikes Cause Fires in Kharkiv and Chernihiv Regions

Overnight, Russian forces targeted a civilian facility in the Kharkiv region, igniting a significant fire. This incident follows a separate attack on April 7, when a drone strike hit a parking lot in the Chernihiv region, destroying several trucks.

The State Emergency Service reported that the drone strike in Kharkiv resulted in a blaze at a local business. Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the flames, and as of now, there have been no reports of injuries.

In the Chernihiv region, emergency responders managed to control a large fire caused by another drone attack. The strike occurred in the Korukivka district, where multiple cargo vehicles caught fire. Firefighters quickly responded, extinguishing the flames that destroyed three trucks and damaged several others. Fortunately, there were no reported casualties from this incident either.

Recent drone strikes by Russian forces have led to significant fires in both the Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions of Ukraine. Emergency services are actively managing the aftermath, with no injuries reported so far.
