A Russian attack on the Zaporizhzhia region on the evening of April 7 resulted in one fatality and left two others injured. The incident occurred around 7:00 PM, as reported by Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
Fedorov confirmed that the strike damaged a building in the area. “Unfortunately, one person has died, and two others have sustained injuries,” he stated. Prior to this incident, Fedorov had reported injuries to three individuals in the Zaporizhzhia district due to enemy attacks.
In a separate attack, a Russian drone struck a private residence in Komyshuvakha, injuring two men aged 30 and 46. Additionally, a 51-year-old man was injured during an attack on Tavriyske. Earlier in the day, two other individuals had also been reported injured from attacks in the same region.
Fedorov noted that an air raid alert lasted for over nine hours in Zaporizhzhia, indicating the ongoing threat in the area.
This recent violence follows a deadly strike earlier that day, where four people were killed and sixteen others injured in Nikopol when a Russian missile hit a bus.
Recent Russian strikes in the Zaporizhzhia region have resulted in casualties, including one death and multiple injuries. This escalation follows earlier attacks that claimed additional lives and highlights the ongoing conflict's toll on civilians.
