On April 6, Russian forces launched a drone attack on the Korabelny district of Kherson, resulting in injuries to four individuals, including a 15-year-old boy. The city’s military administration confirmed the incident, highlighting the ongoing violence in the region.
Yaroslav Shanko, head of the military administration, reported that the victims suffered from concussions and various traumatic injuries. Among the injured are a 20-year-old woman and a 47-year-old female, while a 61-year-old man received medical assistance on-site.
This attack followed an earlier bombardment in the same district on the same day, which resulted in the death of an elderly woman and injuries to three others, according to regional authorities.
Russian military operations have increasingly targeted civilian areas across Ukraine using a range of weaponry, including drones, missiles, and artillery systems. Ukrainian officials and international organizations have condemned these actions as war crimes, emphasizing their deliberate nature.

Despite these allegations, Russian leadership continues to deny that its military intentionally targets civilian infrastructure or causes civilian casualties during the ongoing conflict.
