A tragic event unfolded in the Rivne region of Ukraine, where a 3-year-old boy was found deceased, while search efforts continue for his 4-year-old brother. The local police reported the incident, which has deeply affected the community.
On April 5, around 7 PM, a 35-year-old resident of the village of Kolky notified authorities that her two nephews, aged 3 and 4, had gone out for a bicycle ride around 3 PM and had not returned. In response, police mobilized search teams, including officers, local volunteers, and rescue workers.
The search operation involved the use of drones and a police dog unit. Unfortunately, during the search of a nearby water body, the lifeless body of the 3-year-old was recovered. Efforts to locate his brother, Dmytro, are ongoing.
