Traffic Restrictions in Kyiv on March 31 Due to Foreign Delegations

Kyiv and the surrounding region will experience temporary traffic restrictions on March 31 as part of security measures for visiting foreign delegations.

Authorities have advised residents to plan their routes in advance, considering potential delays during this period.

The restrictions are in accordance with the law governing the protection of state officials in Ukraine, which mandates state security for heads of foreign states, governments, parliaments, and international organizations during their official visits.

The State Guard Department of Ukraine will be responsible for implementing these security measures.

On March 31, Kyiv will impose traffic restrictions to ensure the safety of foreign delegations visiting the city. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid disruptions.
