Ukraine Implements Scheduled Power Outages Amid Energy Crisis

On Monday, March 23, scheduled power outages will be enforced across all regions of Ukraine from 5 PM to 10 PM due to the impact of recent Russian missile and drone attacks on the energy infrastructure.

The announcement was made via Telegram by the National Energy Company of Ukraine, Ukrenergo. They indicated that the outage schedules may be adjusted based on the current state of the energy system.

For specific details regarding the timing and extent of power restrictions at individual addresses, residents are advised to check the official pages of their regional energy suppliers.

“When electricity is available as per the schedule, please use it sparingly!” the company emphasized.

It is important to note that since January 14, a state of emergency has been in effect, as directed by President Volodymyr Zelensky, in response to ongoing Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector.

Ukraine is set to implement power outages on March 23 due to damage from Russian attacks on its energy infrastructure. Residents are encouraged to check local sources for specific outage details.
