Ukrainian Railways reported delays for several train services operating in and out of Chernihiv due to the lack of electrical power in the contact network. The affected trains include:

- Train No. 6449 from Konotop to Nizhyn
- Train No. 6302 from Chernihiv to Nizhyn
- Train No. 6452 from Nizhyn to Konotop
- Train No. 886 from Slavutych to Kyiv-Volynskyi
- Train No. 6101 from Putyvl to Konotop
- Train No. 6541 from Krolevets to Konotop
- Train No. 6907 from Nizhyn to Kyiv, delayed by 57 minutes
- Train No. 6903 from Nizhyn to Kyiv-Volynskyi, delayed by 25 minutes
- Train No. 6905 from Nizhyn to Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi, delayed by 30 minutes for safety reasons and is currently en route.
