Ukrposhta has announced a new approach to its business client interactions by introducing a unified contract that will replace multiple agreements for various services. This initiative aims to streamline logistics for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The unified contract allows businesses to manage their services more flexibly, enabling them to quickly add or remove services without the need for additional paperwork. This shift is particularly beneficial for smaller companies where rapid decision-making is essential.
“We recognize the demand for simpler solutions from businesses. It’s crucial for entrepreneurs to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy. The unified contract is a step towards making logistics a support system for growth rather than a barrier,” said a representative from Ukrposhta.
The transition to this new system began in March 2026 and is set to continue gradually throughout the year. By the end of 2026, all business clients are expected to adopt the unified contract model.
- March 2026: Implementation of the new model begins.
- End of 2026: Deadline for all business clients to switch to the unified contract.
- Current contracts: Existing agreements will remain valid under their current terms until they are restructured.
Ukrposhta emphasizes that the transition will be supported by personal managers who will assist clients in understanding the details and selecting the most advantageous service options.
The online registration process for the unified contract is fully digital. To successfully register, business clients need to complete three steps:
- Fill out an online application form.
- Possess a valid qualified electronic signature (QES).
- Prepare necessary registration documents.
Once the form is submitted, the system will automatically generate a package of documents. It is important that the contract is signed by an authorized individual, such as a company director or a representative with a power of attorney. After the documents are verified, clients will receive a welcome email confirming the activation of their contract.
Ukrposhta is implementing a unified contract system for business clients, simplifying service management and enhancing logistics efficiency. The transition, which started in March 2026, aims to fully digitize the registration process by the end of the year.
