Civilian Casualties Reported in Russian Drone Strike on Merifa, Ukraine

A recent drone strike in the city of Merifa, located in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine, has resulted in injuries to several civilians, including a child. The incident occurred on March 11, when a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle targeted a residential building, igniting a fire.

In response to the incident, Ukrainian authorities have initiated criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, which pertains to war crimes. This legal action underscores the ongoing concerns regarding civilian safety amid the conflict.
