Trump Criticizes UK’s Delayed Military Support for Middle East

U.S. President Donald Trump has publicly criticized the United Kingdom for its plans to send aircraft carriers to the Middle East, labeling the move as belated.

In a recent statement, Trump expressed disappointment that the UK is only now considering deploying two aircraft carriers to the region. He referred to Britain as a “once great ally” and suggested that the timing of their support was inadequate.

“That’s nice, Prime Minister, but we don’t need them anymore – but we will remember this,”

Trump remarked, addressing British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. He emphasized that the U.S. does not require allies who join military operations after the primary combat actions have concluded.

“We don’t need people who come to wars after we have already won,”

he added, underscoring his stance on military collaboration.

President Trump has criticized the UK for its delayed military support to the Middle East, expressing disappointment in the timing of Britain's plans. He stated that the U.S. no longer requires such assistance, emphasizing the importance of timely support from allies in military operations.
