Rescue teams worked diligently to recover the victims from the rubble. The first casualty, a 65-year-old woman, was located by emergency responders. Shortly after, at 5:03 AM, the body of a second victim, a man, was discovered. By 6:20 AM, a third body had also been recovered.
The missile strike resulted in the complete destruction of 20 apartments within the building, according to regional military administration head Oleg Synegubov. The State Emergency Service reported that the damage extended from the first to the fifth floors of the building, severely impacting the structural integrity of adjacent units as well.
