In an update at 09:55, Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba noted that Russian forces continue to target Ukraine’s railway infrastructure. He reported that a drone struck an empty train in Mykolaiv that was undergoing maintenance, injuring one employee of the Ukrainian Railways, who received necessary medical assistance.
Air raid alerts were issued in the Mykolaiv region at 08:40, with Kim previously reporting the movement of Shahed drones towards the city.
