RBK-Ukraine operates under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license for content produced by its journalists, allowing for broader dissemination while ensuring proper attribution. However, the editorial team disclaims responsibility for the accuracy of advertising content, which is the sole responsibility of the advertisers.
Additionally, materials labeled as “Press Releases,” “Special Projects,” and “Partner Content” are primarily promotional and intended for audiences aged 21 and older. The platform also features a section titled “Company News,” which includes announcements and events related to various companies, based on press releases issued by those entities.
