Russian Attacks in Dnipropetrovsk Region Result in Injuries and Damage

In the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, a 77-year-old man sustained injuries during a Russian attack in the Nikopol district. The assault, which targeted various local communities, has raised concerns about the ongoing conflict’s impact on civilian safety.

According to Alexander Ganjha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the attack specifically struck the district center and affected the Pokrovsk, Marganets, Myriv, and Chervonohryhorivka communities. The elderly man suffered shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized in moderate condition.

The assault resulted in significant property damage, including a dormitory, several private homes, and agricultural buildings. Throughout the day, the region experienced over 30 attacks involving artillery and drones, indicating a sustained offensive by Russian forces.

Additionally, in the Synelnykove district, Russian strikes targeted the Slavgorod and Mezhiv communities, damaging a private enterprise and a local lyceum. These incidents highlight the continued volatility in the region and the risks faced by civilians amid the ongoing conflict.
