The National Bank of Ukraine established the official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar and the euro / photo UNIANOn Tuesday, March 19, the National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia at the level of UAH 38.97/dollar. Thus, the hryvnia weakened by 17 kopecks compared to today’s rate.In relation to the euro, the national currency also fell in price. According to data on the regulator’s website, the official rate of the NBU for the euro for Tuesday is set at UAH 42.45/euro, i.e. the hryvnia has weakened by 20 kopecks compared to today’s rate.
On the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine, by 4:00 p.m., hryvnia to dollar quotes were set at UAH 38.98/39.01/dollar, euro – UAH 42.46/42.49/euro.
Exchange rates in Ukraine – the latest newsIn the currency exchange offices of Kyiv, the dollar rose in price by 17 kopecks – up to UAH 38.92/dollar on average (a dollar can be sold for UAH 38.82). The exchange rate of the euro in cash today has increased by 15 kopecks and is 42.65 hryvnias/euro (the selling rate is 42.50 hryvnias/euro).
The dollar to hryvnia exchange rate at “PrivatBank” on Monday, March 18, increased by 10 kopecks and is 38.95 hryvnias per dollar. The exchange rate of the euro at the financial institution today increased by 5 kopecks and is UAH 42.65 per euro.
