We will remind, the Greek Prime Minister said that at the time of the attack, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi was with him at the port and the explosion happened very close to them. No one from the Greek delegation was injured.
Top officials of the European Union reacted to the incident almost immediately. The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, called the Russian attack “even more despicable than usual”, the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, called it vile.
