According to Minfin, as of the morning of March 16, the average dollar exchange rate in exchange offices stands at 44.45 UAH for purchases, which is 2 kopecks lower than the rate on March 13. The average selling rate for the dollar is 44.32 UAH, showing a slight increase of 2 kopecks.

For the euro, the average purchase price in exchange offices is currently 51.40 UAH, reflecting a decrease of 17 kopecks, while the selling rate is at 51.10 UAH, down by 20 kopecks.

In banks, the average dollar purchase rate remains at 44.50 UAH, which is a 5 kopeck decrease since March 13. The selling rate for the dollar is 43.97 UAH, down by 1 kopeck. The euro can be purchased in banks for 51.47 UAH, a drop of 8 kopecks, and sold for 50.50 UAH, down by 30 kopecks.

At PrivatBank, the dollar is available for 44.35 UAH, while the euro is priced at 51.10 UAH. Sberbank offers the dollar at 44.50 UAH for non-cash transactions and the euro at 51.40 UAH. PUMB sells the dollar for 44.50 UAH in cash and 44.30 UAH for non-cash transactions, while the euro is priced at 51.10 UAH. Monobank lists the dollar at 44.44 UAH and the euro at 51.01 UAH.
