As of March 6, 2023, currency exchange rates in Ukraine have seen a notable decline, with the U.S. dollar dropping to approximately 43.85 UAH in exchange offices and remaining above 51 UAH for the euro.
The dollar’s purchasing rate has decreased by 32 kopecks, now averaging 43.85 UAH in exchange offices, while banks report a slightly higher average rate of 44.05 UAH. The euro has also fallen, trading at 51.25 UAH after a drop of 25 kopecks.
Among major banks, PrivatBank lists the dollar at 43.95 UAH, while Oschadbank, PUMB, and Monobank maintain rates above 44 UAH. This trend indicates that purchasing currency from exchange offices is currently more favorable than from most large banks.
According to Minfin, the average dollar purchase rate in exchange offices today stands at 43.85 UAH, down from the previous day’s rate. The selling rate for the dollar is currently 43.60 UAH, reflecting a decrease of 20 kopecks.
The euro’s purchasing rate in exchange offices has also decreased to 51.25 UAH, with a selling rate of 50.90 UAH, down by 25 kopecks.
In banks, the average dollar rate has also declined but remains higher than that in exchange offices. The average purchase rate for the dollar in banks is 44.05 UAH, while the selling rate is 43.47 UAH. For the euro, banks are offering a purchase rate of 51.19 UAH and a selling rate of 50.40 UAH.
PrivatBank’s rates indicate a dollar price of 43.95 UAH in branches and 44.05 UAH for card transactions. The euro can be purchased at 51.15 UAH in cash and 51.28 UAH for cards. Oschadbank lists the dollar at 44.05 UAH for cash and 44.10 UAH for card transactions, with the euro priced at 51.30 UAH in cash and 51.35 UAH for non-cash transactions.
Monobank offers the dollar at 44.05 UAH and the euro at 51.20 UAH. PUMB lists the dollar at 44.10 UAH for cash and 43.90 UAH for non-cash transactions, with the euro priced at 51.30 UAH.
These figures reflect changes in the market compared to the previous morning.
