Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his family reported a total income of 15,805,193 hryvnias for the year 2025, reflecting an increase of 519,000 hryvnias compared to the previous year. This information was disclosed through an official statement from the presidential press service and the publication of his annual declaration.
The primary source of income for the Zelensky family in 2025 consisted mainly of the president’s salary, amounting to 336,000 hryvnias. Additionally, they earned over 6.2 million hryvnias from rental income on their real estate, along with bank interest, bringing the total income from these sources to 7.4 million hryvnias.
Furthermore, the family reported an income of 8,364,921 hryvnias from the redemption of domestic government bonds, a slight decrease from the previous year’s figure of 8,585,532 hryvnias.
In terms of assets, there were no significant changes in the Zelensky family’s real estate or vehicles during 2025. President Zelensky owns a 131.9-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, along with two parking spaces in the city. He also retains a 25% stake in a 254.5-square-meter apartment co-owned with the Shefir brothers, and a 50% stake in another apartment of 198.6 square meters with Serhiy Shefir.
First Lady Olena Zelenska possesses a 129.8-square-meter apartment in occupied Crimea and a 284-square-meter apartment in Kyiv. Additionally, she holds a 33% share in a non-residential property in partnership with Olena and Larysa Shefir, covering an area of 337.8 square meters.
The couple also has rights to use an apartment in the United Kingdom, as well as a state-owned dacha in Kyiv, which includes various auxiliary buildings and has a total area of 4,011.10 square meters.
Moreover, the Zelensky family owns luxury watches from brands such as Breguet, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Piaget, and Bovet.
