Ukraine has implemented a new mechanism allowing defense enterprises to temporarily reserve key personnel, even amidst challenges related to military registration. This initiative aims to ensure the continuity of critical operations essential for national defense and economic stability.
Enterprises deemed vital for meeting the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations, as well as for maintaining the economy and public life during exceptional periods, can now reserve employees with unresolved military registration status for up to 45 days through the “Diia” portal.
The 45-day reservation period provides employees the necessary time to regularize their military registration details while enabling companies to fulfill defense-related tasks without interruption.
Applications for this reservation can be submitted online via the “Diia” portal. To initiate the process, a manager or authorized representative must log in using an electronic signature, select the employee reservation service, and specify the relevant category. The status of the application will then be visible in the personal account.
Officials emphasize that this new measure is designed to simplify the reservation process and ensure the stable operation of enterprises contributing to the country’s defense efforts.
