Three boys, aged 12 to 16, who survived the horrors of the Russian occupation, managed to be freed from the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region. The rescue mission was carried out by the charitable organization Save Ukraine. Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson OVA, reports this, reports UNN.

Children were forced to attend Russian schools and were constantly under threat of being separated from their families if they refused. They are now safe and receiving the help they need.

Since the beginning of 2024, it has been possible to return 236 children from the Kherson region to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
