Today, January 24, at 01:58 (Kyiv time), the Russian Telegram channel ASTRA published photos and videos from Ryazan, captioning them: “We don’t have any more factories in Ryazan.”

It is noted that the nearby Novo-Ryazan thermal power plant was also attacked. On the footage, you can see two fires not far from each other.
