The Verkhovna Rada proposes to disband TCC and create recruiting centers: what is known

The temporary investigative commission for the protection of the rights of servicemen has submitted a report in which it proposes to disband the TCC and instead create recruiting centers where civilians will work in particular. People’s deputy from the faction “European Solidarity” Oleksiy Goncharenko said that he supports the dissolution of the TCC.

He believes that TCCs should be replaced by recruiting centers with civilian employees, and people with combat experience should perform other tasks.

People’s deputy, secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko spoke against the dissolution of the TCC.

“Forcible mobilization. We are forcibly mobilizing people for the defense of Ukraine. The basis of replenishing our army to protect our state is mobilization. Without the TCC, no one will do it. Who will do it? People’s deputies? No. Who will be able to do it? Nobody. Otherwise it is you can name it, but it will be the task of this body.
