Employees of territorial recruitment centers may not enter information in the “Oberig” register regarding the reservation of conscripts, due to which employees of critically important enterprises who are reserved may be mobilized to the army. Also, TCC employees can mobilize reserved employees, canceling the deferrals granted to them, which makes it difficult for a person to demobilize later. People’s deputy, member of the Verkhovna Rada committee on national security, defense and intelligence Oleksandr Fedienko reported this, reports UNN.

“Quite a lot at all meetings talked about how to eliminate the so-called fraud (fraud – ed.), when some company managers tried to manipulate when making reservations for conscripts. But here I have another case. When a conscript has an official, legally, the reservation was made, but the employees of the procurement center did not enter this reservation into the charm system not orders for them. And thus the communications operator was mobilized,” Fedienko wrote.

In the document published by the people’s deputy, from the Tyachiv TCC and SP, it is indicated that as of November 18, during the check of military registration data, citizen Oleksandr Viktorovych had no information about his stay on the special military registration, by way of reservation.

Later, the head of the TCC, soldier Oleksandr Viktorovych, was called up for military service during the general mobilization.

“Therefore, on November 18, 2024, no grounds were established that would prevent conscript Oleksandr Viktorovych from being called up for military service during mobilization,” the TCC said in its response.

Fedienko also cited another example of the mobilization of a booked employee by the Mykolaiv Regional TCC and JV.

“I received an answer regarding the mobilization of a booked employee. That is, now it is possible to cancel the postponement of an employee of a critical enterprise, without even paying attention to the fact that he was booked. Then there is a note that the Mykolaiv Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support operates within the limits of current legislation. The problems of this whole issue stories that it is impossible to demobilize such a person. The company loses a critical employee. You can put a salary of at least one hundred thousand, but you will not be able to secure your employee from further mobilization,” Fedienko wrote.

On the “Diya” portal, a service for canceling reservations for conscripts has been launched.

Automatic booking of employees from mobilization is again available on the Diya portal. The system checks the candidates’ data and provides an answer within three days, except for company branches and final beneficiaries.
