In order to establish the addresses, car numbers and movement routes of volunteers and officials of international organizations, the Russian special service remotely recruited a lawyer from the capital. He, in turn, attracted several accomplices from three regions of Ukraine.
At the instruction of the occupiers, the agents covertly monitored the “objects”, including using optical devices.
It is noted that the head of the agent group periodically set up “observation points” with binoculars on the roofs of buildings opposite the offices of officials of international organizations and volunteers. He summarized information from all members of the enemy cell and sent a single “report” to his Russian curator – a staff member of the FSB.
The head of the intelligence group and his accomplices were detained in Kyiv.

During the investigation of the case, the law enforcement officers established that FSB agents also adjusted missile strikes on defense factories and energy facilities of Ukraine.
During the searches, 15 mobile phones were seized from the detainees, which they used for conspiratorial communication with the occupiers. Optics and flash drives with evidence of crimes were also seized.
The investigators of the Security Service informed the detainees about the suspicion of h. 2 Art. 28, ch. 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason committed under martial law by a prior conspiracy by a group of persons).
The perpetrators are in custody. They face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
An investigation is underway to bring to justice all members of the enemy cell.
