In the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region, the situation with the utilization of solid utilities was critically intensified. For years, the enemy has not supported the performance of the system and mobilized the industry workers to his army. The National Resistance Center (CNS) informs about it, reports UNN.

The CNS reported that the Russian occupation administration did not ensure the normal functioning of the garbage collection and processing system and this caused the growing dissatisfaction with the locals.

The causes of the catastrophic state of solid utilities are obvious – during the occupation years the waste disposal system has failed due to the complete lack of proper maintenance. The enemy not only was unable to maintain her regular performance, but now completely ignores the problems in this field

According to the CNS, the complete absence of separate garbage collection, the lack of specialized processing enterprises and the chaotic accumulation of waste have led to a critical deterioration of the situation in the field of utilization at Tot.

Additionally, the situation is complicated by a sharp lack of staff in utilities, because a large part of ROA workers has forcibly mobilized to their criminal army

The CNS recalled that Russian invaders deliberately provoke an environmental disaster and at the same time deprive the region of labor through forced mobilization to their criminal army. It is a direct violation of the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilians during the War.
