According to the draft law, citizens can receive compensation for destroyed or destroyed property located in active hostilities or temporarily occupied territories.
The owner of such property can submit an application for compensation without providing photo and video recording materials of the property before/after destruction/damage.
At the same time, a physical inspection of real estate objects is not carried out. The owner of such property has the right to renounce ownership of such property in favor of the state.
This Law shall enter into force one month from the date of its publication, except for the clause regarding the submission of an application by the entity receiving compensation, which shall enter into force from the date of its publication.

More than a thousand citizens have already applied for housing certificates through the Diya portal. The service became available to people without RNOKPP and through authorized representatives.
