“Operators of tactical group No. 84 of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine captured a soldier from North Korea during special operations in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. After evacuation from the battlefield, SSO operators provided first aid to the North Korean prisoner,” the SSO reported.
Footage released by the SSO shows the military taking a North Korean soldier prisoner and then evacuating him on a stretcher to safety.
The footage of the capture of another North Korean soldier was also shared by the soldiers of the 95th Separate Assault Brigade of the Polish Army.
“During the hostilities in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, paratroopers captured a serviceman of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. He was captured already during the first combat mission, in particular, the introduction of assaults on the positions of the units of the 95th brigade of the Russian Air Force. The prisoner was armed with Russian-made equipment and weapons. The wounded North Korean serviceman was given first aid in a timely manner,” – reported in the brigade.
