The Brovary community has allocated over UAH 4.4 million for the restoration of households affected by Russian shelling

The Brovary community has allocated over UAH 4.4 million for the rehabilitation of households that suffered from Russian shelling.For three years of the war, the Brovary community provided financial assistance to 52 households that suffered from Russian aggression. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, local residents of the Brovary Territorial Community, who suffered from Russian aggression, have received substantial support for the restoration of damaged households. In total, over 4.4 million hryvnias were allocated for almost three years, which are aimed at helping the affected families, writes UNN.

According to the Brovary City Council, in 2022, 3 households received support. The total amount of payments to them was 1 million 196 thousand. UAH

Last year, 9 households (5 in Brovary and 4 in Trebukhov) received assistance to repair damage caused by Russian shelling in the amount of 432.7 thousand. UAH

This year, 40 families received financial support from local authorities (9 in Brovary and 31 in Trebukhov), the total amount of payments to them was 2 million 786.8 thousand. UAH

“We understand how important it is to support our residents in rebuilding their war-torn homes. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, we have been doing everything we can to help as many families as possible. This year’s increase in aid is the result of our hard work. And we will continue to support community and in the future,” Ihor Sapozhko said in an exclusive comment UNN.

According to him, the aid program is an important support tool for local communities and demonstrates the effective cooperation of authorities with affected residents.

Ihor Sapozhko added that the Brovary community will continue its work to provide support to affected households and hopes that the amount of aid will be increased in the following years.
