“The Ministry of Defense is improving the accounting documentation for the provision of medical care to servicemen at the pre-hospital stage. The outdated “form 100″ will be replaced by an electronic primary medical card,” the Ministry of Defense reported.
As noted, the form will be maintained electronically in the information and communication system “Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.
“This is an important step, thanks to which an opportunity is created for the collection and analysis of medical data, on the basis of which decisions will be made about improving the provision of medical care at the pre-hospital stage,” commented State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense Nikita Nikitenko, who oversees the health sector in the ministry, in particular I.
