“2 people were injured as a result of the shelling of Kostyantynivka. The city has been under constant fire from artillery and aviation since the morning today. We currently know of 2 wounded: a 74-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman,” Filashkin wrote.

During the day, the police recorded 3,829 enemy strikes. 12 settlements were affected by shelling, 73 civilian objects were destroyed, including 54 residential buildings:
