The investigation established that on September 30, around 8:30, an enemy FPV drone hit the vehicle. A 58-year-old man – the driver of the car – was injured. He was admitted to the hospital.
Already at 10:35, as indicated, the occupiers again attacked the city with an FPV drone. This time – at a public transport stop. An 82-year-old man died on the spot.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (parts 1, 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
