Russia’s involvement of the North Korean military in the war, the destruction of Ukrainian nuclear facilities, as well as the attack on the Dnieper by an experimental medium-range ballistic missile became the new realities of Russian aggression. Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not want peace, he only wants war. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiga during the international forum “Diplomacy Today: Ukraine’s Role in Global Politics”, reports UNN.

Russia does not want peace, Putin only wants war. They did not move away from the language of ultimatums and capitulation. We are now in the new realities of Russian aggression. The first is the involvement of North Korean military units. This is the internationalization of aggression and a new dimension of this aggression. The second is damage, in particular during one of the most massive missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine… damage to the nuclear infrastructure of Ukraine. They deliberately expose the whole world to the risk of a nuclear incident.
