It is noted that on Wednesday, February 05, the President of the Russian Federation Putin Putin introduced a contract for security on security guarantees of security with Belarus.
One of the articles of the treaty, in particular, provides that “the parties consider the nuclear weapons of the Russian Federation as an important factor in preventing the occurrence of nuclear military conflicts and military conflicts with the use of ordinary means of defeat, as well as as a means of restraint, the use of which is an extreme and forced measure.”
Nuclear weapons of the Russian Federation can be applied in response to the use of any of the parties of nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass defeat, as well as in the case of aggression against any of the parties with the use of ordinary weapons, which poses a critical threat of its sovereignty or territorial integrity
