“Actually, it doesn’t matter what the date is for us… The Russian dictator and in principle they have such a point, they usually stick to dates, we are, in principle, constantly ready and constantly preparing. Therefore, to say that something is changing for us in particular – no, rotations happened and are happening. We expect any “surprises” from our enemy,” said Pletenchuk.
