It is noted that in the morning of February 1, inhabitants of one of the villages of Yelets district heard a strong roar, after which light, water disappeared in their homes and sometimes – even mobile communication. In the field, the locals saw a huge clump and thought that it was a hostile rocket or UAV. Subsequently, the press service of the regional government reported that the electricity supply was violated after the spent degree of the aviation missile complex.
